Greystone Vineyard Ferment Pinot Noir (2018)

This red is estate-grown and hand-picked at Waipara, in North Canterbury, and made by fermenting the grapes in the vineyard, using indigenous yeasts. Matured in old oak barriques the 2018 vintage (4*) is a gentle, light ruby red, savoury and supple, with moderately rich, delicate flavours, nutty notes adding complexity, fresh acidity, and good potential.
