Greenhough Stone's Throw Nelson Pinot Noir (2017)

From two sites – including the home vineyard – just a 'stone's throw' apart on the Waimea Plains, the debut 2017 vintage (4*) was matured for 11 months in French oak barriques (13 per cent new). Deep ruby, it is fragrant, fresh and full-bodied, with good concentration of cherry, plum and spice flavours, fresh and smooth. Best drinking 2021+.
