The rare 2019 vintage (4.5*) was hand-harvested from 37-year-old vines in the home block at Gibbston. Fermented in old oak barrels, it is a bright, light lemon/green, exotically perfumed wine, mouthfilling and rounded, with strong yet delicate pear, lychee and spice flavours, showing good complexity, and a dry (3 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Best drinking 2022+. Certified organic.
