Retasted in 2020, the 2018 vintage (4*) was grown at Bendigo and Pisa, hand-picked and cool-fermented in tanks. It is a medium-bodied, vibrantly fruity wine, with strong, lemony, limey, slightly appley flavours, gentle sweetness (9.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), appetising acidity, and slightly toasty, bottle-aged notes emerging. It's drinking well now.
