Estate-grown and hand-harvested, the 2016 vintage (4*) was matured for 19 months in French oak casks (33 per cent new). Dark and youthful in colour, it is fragrant and full-bodied, with mouthfilling body and fresh, concentrated flavours, brambly and spicy, with a hint of herbs. Best drinking 2021+.
