Certified organic, the 2017 vintage (4.5*) is a blend of grapes hand-picked from four vineyards – Quarters, Churton, Yarrum and Fromm – in three districts. Matured for 14 to 16 months in French oak barriques (less than 10 per cent new), it is bright ruby, full-bodied and complex, with concentrated, ripe, youthful, savoury, slightly nutty flavours, and a firmly structured finish.
