Estate-grown and hand-picked in the Moutere hills, the 2018 vintage (3*) was oak-aged for nine months. Light ruby, with a hint of development showing, it has fresh tamarillo and spice aromas, leading into a light to medium-bodied red with fresh acidity, a hint of herbs, some savoury complexity, and plenty of flavour. Ready.
