Dry River The Twelve Spies (2018)

The 2018 vintage (4.5*) is an estate-grown Martinborough blend of Pinot Noir (50 per cent), Tempranillo (25 per cent) and Syrah/Viognier (25 per cent), oak-matured for 12 to 18 months. Deeply coloured, with a fragrant, spicy bouquet, it is a fresh, medium to full-bodied red, with vibrant, ripe blackcurrant, plum, spice and nutty oak flavours, showing excellent complexity and harmony, and lots of youthful impact.
