This consistently classy wine is late-harvested to 'produce a Riesling with low alcohol, high residual sugar and high acidity, in order to create a tension between these components'. The gently botrytis-affected 2018 vintage (5*) is a lovely mouthful. Bright, light gold, it has a fragrant, slightly honeyed bouquet, concentrated, ripe, peachy flavours, abundant sweetness (120 grams/litre of residual sugar), and a crisp, lasting finish.
