The 2018 vintage (4*) is a highly approachable, but age-worthy, Hawke's Bay red, grown in the Gimblett Gravels. It has deep, purple-flushed colour. Fresh and vibrantly fruity, it is full-bodied, with plummy, spicy aromas and flavours, showing very good ripeness and depth, and supple tannins. Best drinking 2022+.
