The 2017 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown at Havelock North and matured for 18 months in French oak barriques (40 per cent new). Full-coloured, with a fragrant bouquet, it is medium-bodied, very fresh and vibrant, with highly concentrated plum and spice flavours, showing a real sense of youthful vigour. Best drinking 2023+.
