Carrick Unravelled Central Otago Pinot Noir (2018)

The 2018 vintage (4*) of this organically certified red doesn't claim Bannockburn origin on its labels, but is 'essentially a declassification of wine from the Carrick vineyards'. Full, bright ruby, it has very good depth of vibrant, ripe, plummy, spicy flavours, savoury notes adding complexity, supple tannins, and lots of drink-young appeal.
