Currently on sale, the 2015 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown on Moturoa Island, in the Bay of Islands. A rare Northland red, it has deep, bright colour, with a fragrant, ripe, spicy bouquet. Fresh and full-bodied, it is sweet-fruited, with strong, plummy, berryish, spicy flavours, a hint of liquorice, good tannin backbone, and a lasting finish. Best drinking 2021+.
