The 2019 vintage (4*) is a single-vineyard wine, made from Pinot Noir grapes hand-picked in the Wairau Valley. Bright, light pink, it is fresh, full-bodied and fleshy, with stone-fruit, watermelon and spice flavours, a touch of tannin, and a soft, dry (3.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), rounded finish.
