B Martinborough Pinot Noir (2016)

'I made this wine for when my darling comes home and says: "Is there a bottle open?",' says winemaker Ben Dugdale. Grown at two sites, the 2016 vintage (4.5*) is a mouthfilling, ruby-hued wine with generous cherry, plum, spice and nut flavours, complex and savoury, and some maturity showing. Drink now or cellar.
