The 2019 vintage (4*) is a single-vineyard red, grown in the Cromwell Basin and matured in French oak casks (25 per cent new). Bright ruby, it is mouthfilling and supple, with generous cherry, plum and spice flavours, fresh acidity and a smooth, harmonious finish. Still youthful, it should be at its best 2022+.
