Estate-grown in the Bridge Pa Triangle, this is a blend of classic Bordeaux varieties. The outstanding 2015 vintage (5*) is a marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon (50 per cent), Cabernet Franc (22 per cent), Merlot (21 per cent) and Malbec (7 per cent). Matured in French oak barriques (46 per cent new), it is deeply coloured, with a fragrant, very refined bouquet. Full-bodied, it is youthful, with concentrated, deliciously ripe blackcurrant, plum and spice flavours, excellent complexity, and a long finish. A very elegant, rich wine, showing lovely delicacy and depth, it's already very approachable, but likely to be at its best 2021+.
