Allan Scott Cecilia Brut Méthode Traditionnelle Brut NV (2019)

The non-vintage wine I tasted in late 2019 (3.5*) was made from Chardonnay (principally) and Pinot Noir, and disgorged after at least 18 months on its yeast lees. Pale, fresh and lively, it's an easy-drinking style with good depth of crisp, citrusy flavours, gentle yeasty notes adding a touch of complexity, and a smooth finish.
