Allan Scott [Black Label] Marlborough Pinot Noir (2018)

Offering good value, the 2018 vintage (4*) is a fragrant red, hand-picked from mature vines, fermented with indigenous yeasts and barrel-aged (20 per cent new). Ruby-hued, it is mouthfilling and savoury, with ripe-fruit flavours, good complexity, and a smooth, harmonious finish. Best drinking 2021+.
