Tohu Single Vineyard Marlborough Pinot Blanc (2016)

Worth cellaring, the 2016 vintage (4*) was estate-grown in the Awatere Valley and fermented and matured for 10 months in seasoned French oak barriques. Bright, light lemon/green, with a fresh, citrusy, slightly spicy and creamy bouquet, it is full-bodied and smooth, with very good depth of grapefruit, peach and apple flavours, creamy notes, balanced acidity and a dry (3.4 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.
