Retasted in April 2018, the 2016 vintage (4*) was handled in tanks (60 per cent) and seasoned French oak casks (40 per cent). Still youthful, it is scented, very lively and tangy, with citrusy, limey, slightly nutty flavours, showing a distinct touch of complexity, and a finely balanced, dry (2.7 grams/litre of residual sugar), minerally finish. The 2017 vintage (4*) is also fresh and full-bodied, with lots of youthful impact. Light lemon/green, it is vibrantly fruity, with good intensity of citrusy, tangy flavours. Best drinking 2019+.
