Mahi Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (2017)

Showing plenty of personality, the 2017 vintage (4.5*) was grown at seven sites, principally at the western end of the Wairau Valley, and mostly handled in tanks; 7 per cent of the blend was barrel-fermented. Highly aromatic, it is very crisp and punchy, in a vivacious style, with complexity and a long, dry (2.5 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.
