The very classy, non-vintage wine (5*) I tasted in late 2017 was mostly from 2011 base wine, blended from Pinot Noir (55 per cent), Chardonnay (41 per cent) and Pinot Meunier (4 per cent), and was disgorged after three years on its yeast lees. Pink/pale orange, it is highly scented, vivacious, complex and smooth, with strawberry, peach and yeast flavours, and a long, dryish (7.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), very finely balanced finish. Well worth trying.
