The 2017 vintage (4*) is full of youthful vigour. Grown and hand-harvested at Hope, it is bright, light lemon/green, with lemony, slightly appley scents and flavours, hints of pears and lychees, gentle sweetness (15 grams/litre of residual sugar) and lively acidity. Showing very good freshness, body, harmony and depth, it should be at its best now to 2019.
