Bannock Brae Cathy’s Rosé (2017)

The impressive 2017 vintage (5*) is a single-vineyard wine, made from Pinot Noir grapes grown at Bendigo, in Central Otago. Bright pink, it is highly fragrant, full-bodied and softly seductive, with lovely delicacy and depth of strawberry and watermelon flavours, hints of peaches and spices, and a basically dry (4.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), lasting finish.
