Already drinking well, the 2017 vintage (3.5*) was partly barrel-fermented and made in a dry style (3.5 grams/litre of residual sugar). Bright, light lemon/green, it is mouthfilling and vibrant, with good depth of peachy, spicy, slightly gingery flavours.
