Seresin Moana Blanc Marlborough Méthode Traditionnelle (2009)

The highly distinctive 2009 vintage (4.5*) is a bone-dry blend of Pinot Noir (59 per cent) and Chardonnay (41 per cent). Disgorged after three years on its yeast lees, it has a scented, lemony, yeasty, complex bouquet. Tightly structured, it is lively, with strong, crisp, citrusy, slightly toasty flavours, showing good complexity. Certified organic.
