Well worth cellaring, the 2016 vintage (4*) is a pale, basically dry wine (5 grams/litre of residual sugar), with a scented, lemony, minerally bouquet. Slightly austere in its youth, it has strong, citrusy, appley flavours, crisp and long; open 2019+.
