The delicious 2014 vintage (5*), made entirely from Pinot Noir, was bottle-fermented and disgorged after two years on its yeast lees in May 2017. Pink/pale orange, it is a rich, dryish style (6 grams/litre of residual sugar), with penetrating, strawberryish, yeasty flavours, a hint of apricots, and excellent freshness, complexity and harmony.
