Still unfolding, the youthful 2015 vintage (4.5*) was hand-picked at two sites at Lowburn, in Central Otago, and fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels (17 per cent new). Light lemon/green, it is lemon-scented, with mouthfilling body, strong, vibrant, citrusy flavours, well-integrated oak, good complexity and excellent length. Best drinking mid-2018+.
