Mt Difficulty Growers Series Chinamans Terrace Bendigo Pinot Noir (2015)

The highly refined 2015 vintage (5*) was barrel-matured for 16 months. Deep ruby, it is savoury, ripe and supple, with rich cherry, plum and spice flavours, showing excellent complexity, and a finely textured, long, very harmonious finish. Still very youthful, it’s well worth cellaring to 2019+.
