The 2014 vintage (3*) was mostly (70 per cent) fermented in French oak barriques; 30 per cent of the blend was tank-fermented. Grown in the Wairau Valley, it is a fruit-driven style, with mouthfilling body, vibrant, citrusy flavours to the fore, a very gentle seasoning of oak, fresh acidity, and good depth.
