Late-picked, the 2015 vintage (4.5*) was fermented with indigenous yeasts in old French oak casks. Light lemon/green, it is scented and slightly honeyed, with mouthfilling body and an array of peach, pear, spice, lychee and honey flavours. An off-dry style (14 grams/litre of residual sugar), with good complexity, it should be at its best mid-2018+.
