Still very youthful, the 2017 vintage (4*) is an estate-grown, single-vineyard wine, hand-picked at Bendigo. Bright, light lemon/green, it is mouthfilling (13.5 per cent alcohol) and slightly minerally, with citrusy, appley flavours, lively acidity, a touch of sweetness (7.9 grams/litre of residual sugar), and very good balance, delicacy and depth. Best drinking 2019+.
