Full of personality, the 2015 vintage (5*) is a powerful, rich wine, estate-grown, hand-picked and fermented with indigenous yeasts in seasoned oak barrels. Fragrant, fleshy and creamy-textured, it is full-bodied (14.5 per cent alcohol), with concentrated, ripe stone-fruit flavours, hints of ginger and spice, and good complexity. Made in a dryish style, it’s very open and expressive.
