Offering great value, the 2016 vintage (4*) is a blend of Merlot (44 per cent), Cabernet Sauvignon (30 per cent), Malbec (22 per cent) and Cabernet Franc (4 per cent), matured for a year in French oak barriques (15 per cent new). Deeply coloured, it is mouthfilling, with strong, fresh plum, red-berry and spice flavours, showing good complexity, and a well-rounded finish. Drink now or cellar.
