Brancott Estate New Zealand Brut Cuvée (2016)

The non-vintage wine I tasted in late 2016 (4*) is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Pale straw, with a faintly pink hue, it is lively and smooth, with citrusy, peachy, biscuity flavours, showing good complexity, and a dryish, slightly creamy, very harmonious finish. Fine value.
