Bannock Brae Cathy’s Rosé (2016)

The very charming 2016 vintage (4*) is from Pinot Noir grapes grown at Bendigo, in Central Otago. Bright pink, it is floral, fresh and full-bodied, with strong berry, plum and spice flavours, a gentle splash of sweetness (6 grams/litre of residual sugar), balanced acidity and a smooth finish. Instantly attractive.
