The classy 2015 vintage (5*) is a single-vineyard wine, estate-grown in the Bridge Pa Triangle. Fermented and matured for a year in French oak casks (60 per cent new), it is mouthfilling and tightly structured, with youthful grapefruit and stone-fruit flavours, showing excellent intensity, delicacy and complexity, fresh acidity and a finely poised, lasting finish. Best drinking 2019+.
