Trinity Hill Hawke’s Bay Pinot Gris (2013)

The 2013 vintage (3*), partly barrel-fermented, is drinking well now. Light lemon/green, it is mouthfilling, with fresh, ripe, citrusy, peachy flavours, slightly spicy and well-rounded, and a dry finish (3 grams/litre of residual sugar). A good, all-purpose wine.
