The 2014 vintage (3*) from this small producer has obvious sweetness (6 grams/litre of residual sugar) – unusual in Sauvignon Blanc. From hand-picked grapes, it is an easy-drinking, medium-bodied wine, with freshly herbaceous aromas and flavours, hints of peas and asparagus, slightly spicy notes, and a very smooth finish.
