Grown in the Ormond Valley, the organic-certified 2011 vintage (4*) was made with some late-harvested, botrytis-affected fruit and was partly barrel-aged. Yellow-hued, it is richly fragrant, with strong, gingery, spicy flavours in an intensely varietal style, woven with fresh acidity, and loads of personality.
