From Fairbourne, the 2014 vintage (4*) was grown at sites in the central Wairau Valley. Partly hand-picked, it is weighty and dry (1.4 grams/litre of residual sugar), with strong, fresh, vibrant passionfruit, melon and lime flavours, offering lots of drink-young appeal.
