Two Rivers of Marlborough Juliet Riesling (2014)

The 2013 (4*) of this single-vineyard wine is a zesty, medium-dry wine, with vibrant, lemon/lime flavours showing good intensity, lively acidity and a lengthy finish. The 2014 vintage (4*) was harvested from 18-year-old vines in the Wairau Valley. Tangy and lively, it has ripe, peachy, slightly sweet flavours (12.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), with a hint of passionfruit, and very good vigour and depth. Already approachable, it should be at its best 2016+.
