This is a consistently impressive red, full of personality. The 2010 vintage (4*) was blended with Touriga Nacional (10 per cent) and matured in tanks and barrels. Densely coloured, it is fruit-packed, with concentrated blackcurrant, plum and spice flavours. Fleshy, ripe and soft, it has good complexity and hints of leather, tobacco leaf and coffee.
