The 2011 vintage (5*) was made from shrivelled grapes, hand-picked and fermented in tanks and barrels. Deep gold, it is rich and soft, in a highly seductive style with concentrated peach, apricot and honey flavours, sweet (245 grams/litre of residual sugar) and oily-textured. Delicious now.
