The 2011 vintage (4*) is a strapping wine (15 per cent alcohol), harvested at 24.5 brix. Very mouthfilling, it has rich, ripe stone-fruit, pear and spice flavours, with a crisp, finely balanced, off-dry (5 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Fine value.
