Estate-grown in the Gimblett Gravels and matured in French oak casks, the 2012 vintage (3*) is a medium-bodied, supple red, ruby-hued, with moderately rich, berryish, spicy flavours and a hint of herbs. It shows considerable complexity, but also a slight lack of ripeness and stuffing.
