The 2011 vintage (3.5*) was fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 16 months in seasoned oak casks. Deeply coloured, it is mouthfilling and savoury, with moderately concentrated plum, spice, herb and nut flavours, showing considerable complexity. Drink now or cellar.
