Estate-grown in the Gimblett Gravels, Hawke’s Bay, the 2010 vintage (4*) is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, matured for 20 months in French oak barrels. Full-coloured, it is youthful, with vibrant blackcurrant, plum and spice flavours, showing good backbone and concentration.
